Beauty is everywhere. Sometimes you can see it fluttering in a gentle breeze, sometimes it's a flower or a building silhouetted against a cloud. Sometimes it's the look of contentment in a cow's eyes. It's not too hard to spot - just take the time to look :-)

My first forays into digital photography occurred whilst studying "Contemporary Photomedia" as part of my Bachelor of Multimedia studies at Central Queensland University (CQU) under the guidance of the venerable Kate Ames, a veteran photojournalist. I started off using a 'point and shoot' 3 megapixel general purpose camera, but have since moved onto a Camera Digital SLR.
